Card on File Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid card is required on file at the time of booking. We do not charge a deposit. However, by booking with us, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy outlined below. Your card information is securely stored and will only be charged if the policy terms are not met.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
This policy ensures fairness to our team and allows us to accommodate other clients.
Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and ours, and ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or, in some cases, rescheduled. Late arrivals may still be subject to the full service charge. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality results without compromising your experience.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can evaluate and schedule a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
Children & Pet Policy
We love positive energy in our space; however, to maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only well-behaved children accompany you to your appointment. For the comfort and safety of all clients, only service animals are permitted in the lounge. Please inform us ahead of time if someone will be joining you during your appointment. And don’t forget to meet Echo, our friendly in-house pup — with Pluto always watching over us as our guardian angel
