We are thrilled to have you book with us at Third Eye Beauty Lounge! Â To Make your visit seamless, here's everything you need to know about our policies.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it will go toward your service. Your security is important to us!If you're not comfortable providing your card over the phone, no problem - we can send you an invoice to pay your deposit securely. We value your time and ours, so to secure your spot, we require a 50% deposit for all bookings starting in 2025. This deposit applies to your service. However, if you need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy:Â
We know life happens, and plans can change
- Cancel more than 24 hours: in advance: your deposit can be applied to a future booking or refunded.
- Canceling within 24 hours: Your deposit will be forfeited to cover the short-notice cancellation
- Canceling within 4 hours:Â Your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance for the service will be charged, as we're unable to fill the slot last-minute.
Late Arrival Policy:
We're all about delivery the best results! If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to ensure everything is completed to perfection.

Children & Pet Policy
We love having positive energy in our lounge, whether from adults, children, or pets. However, to maintain our calming environment, please bring only well-behaved children and trained pets. Additionally, please inform your technician if someone or a pet will join you during your appointment.
